The Albany Children’s Center is a year-round, multicultural early childhood program of the Albany Unified School District. We are located in the UC Village in Albany, California. We are open 5 days a week from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The Albany Children’ s Center is a unique and joyful place with 7 wonderful programs to offer.
We provide before and after school care for students from K – 3rd grade and a full day preschool program for children ages 3 – 5 years. Through quality childcare ACC seeks to give all children a safe and caring learning environment. ACC supports children and families from our Albany community and the surrounding communities. We help children develop a sense of self worth, while also supporting their own individual styles of learning. We help the child with their social/emotional, motor, and intellectual/cognitive development. Both in our preschool program and before and after school programs, ACC employs qualified teachers and paraeducators.
